Please read these terms carefully before using Travel Visa Portal. By using our service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Welcome to Travel Visa Portal. This document explains the terms under which you may use our services. Travel Visa Portal is an independent visa facilitation service โ we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government or governmental authority. You may apply for visas directly through official government portals at no charge.
This Agreement
Welcome to Travel Visa Portal, a service provided by AOD Media LLC ("Travel Visa Portal," "we," or "us"). This document sets out the terms under which you may use our online and mobile services, including the Travel Visa Portal website, our mobile applications, any software provided in connection with our services, the content we publish across websites, video platforms, blogs, and other online resources (collectively, "Content"), and any products or services you obtain through our platforms, including travel documents (all of which we collectively refer to as the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, or by clicking a button or checking a box marked "Accept" (or similar), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (this "Agreement"), any additional contract terms you agree to, and to the collection, use, and certain disclosures of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, whether or not they create an account ("Users"). If you do not agree to these terms, you do not have the right to access or use our Service.
References to "you" and "yours" in this Agreement refer to each User, or โ where the Service is used by or on behalf of a minor โ to the parent or legal guardian who provides consent. The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 without parental or guardian supervision and approval.
Arbitration Notice: This Agreement includes a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver, as set out in Section 20. Please read that section carefully.
User Accounts, Information, and Passwords
You may browse our publicly available content without creating an account. However, to place an order, use our mobile applications, or access certain features of the Service, you must register and provide the information necessary to create an account ("Basic User Information").
We encourage you to use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service, and to log out of your account at the end of each session. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of your Basic User Information and for all activities that occur under your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
Your Relationship with Us
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that Travel Visa Portal is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with any government or governmental agency. Using our Service does not constitute obtaining legal or immigration advice from Travel Visa Portal. The content we provide is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional legal advice. We recommend you consult a qualified legal advisor regarding your specific visa and documentation requirements.
When you use our Service, you are establishing a direct customer relationship with us in connection with your purchase of any products sold directly to you by Travel Visa Portal via the Service.
Privacy and Security
By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in our Privacy Policy. We take the security of your information seriously and implement a range of technical and organisational measures to protect it.
You are responsible for ensuring that any devices you use to access the Service are secure, and for logging out of your account when not actively using it. Travel Visa Portal assumes no responsibility for the security of your personal computing devices or for any communications choices you make.
While we work hard to protect your information, no system is entirely immune to security threats. You acknowledge that you provide your Personal Information at your own risk.
Your Rights in Using the Service
Once your account is created, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service subject to this Agreement, until your account is closed voluntarily or by us. We also grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive licence to use our mobile applications solely to enable you to use the Service and enjoy its benefits.
You may not sublicence, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Service or any content obtained through the Service.
Travel Visa Portal's Rights in the Service
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations, are owned by or licensed to Travel Visa Portal. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any such rights to you.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Requirements for Use of the Service
To use the Service, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian; (b) provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the Service; (c) not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; and (d) not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
You agree not to use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other means to access or collect data from the Service without our express written consent.
Third-Party Links, Content, and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, content, or services that are not owned or controlled by Travel Visa Portal. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant or endorse the offerings of any third-party entities.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of service of any third-party websites you visit.
SMS Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Travel Visa Portal, including order updates, application status notifications, and promotional messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Travel Visa Portal is not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of SMS communications.
Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated this Agreement or any applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Travel Visa Portal does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content provided through the Service.
Visa approval is ultimately at the sole discretion of the relevant government authority. Travel Visa Portal cannot guarantee that any visa application will be approved.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRAVEL VISA PORTAL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travel Visa Portal and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Binding Arbitration / Class Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, United States, unless you and Travel Visa Portal agree otherwise.
YOU AND TRAVEL VISA PORTAL EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to our legal team.
Governing Law; Venue; Severability
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Service.
Commercial Terms
All prices displayed on the Service are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices include our service fee and any applicable government fees, but exclude any taxes or duties that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processors.
