How Our Service Works

When you complete checkout on TravelVisaPortal.com, you have already provided your application details as part of the purchase process. Your application is therefore considered In Progress from the moment payment is made, and our service commences immediately. Our team begins internal review, validation, and preparation for government submission without delay. Because work begins immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered final.

Application Credits

Purchases on TravelVisaPortal.com are processed as Application Credits. Each Application Credit entitles the holder to full ETA facilitation services for one (1) traveller.

  • Application Credits are issued immediately upon payment confirmation
  • Each credit is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable to third parties
  • Credits may be applied to any eligible traveller at any time within the validity period
  • Unused credits expire after 12 months with no cash value

By purchasing an Application Credit you acknowledge that a stored value product has been issued to you and that service delivery has commenced.

Refund Policy: Credit Only

TravelVisaPortal.com does not issue cash refunds except in cases of duplicate payment or verified technical billing errors. All eligible refunds are issued as Application Credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, applicable to any future ETA application through TravelVisaPortal.com.

This policy applies equally to Standard, Priority, and Concierge processing tiers.

Duplicate Payments & Technical Errors

If you were charged more than once for the same application, or experienced a verified technical billing error, you are entitled to a full cash refund of the duplicate or erroneous charge. Please contact us immediately with your order reference.

Government Rejection

TravelVisaPortal.com facilitates submission of ETA applications. We do not control or guarantee decisions made by the UK Home Office. In the event of rejection:

  • No refund of the service fee is issued โ€” facilitation has been fully performed
  • The UK Home Office ETA fee is non-refundable in all circumstances
  • Our team is available to assist with resubmission where applicable
  • Approval rates communicated are historical averages only, not a guarantee of outcome

General Conditions

  • Service commences immediately upon payment โ€” by completing checkout you confirm your application is in progress and you agree all sales are final
  • Application Credits are issued at the moment of purchase and represent a stored value product โ€” no service failure occurs upon issuance
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 months of the original order date
  • Orders inactive for 3 months are automatically cancelled with no refund eligibility
  • Duplicate applications for the same traveller may be cancelled; standard status-based credit policy applies
  • Application Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date, non-transferable, and carry no cash redemption value after issuance
