Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, under the CCPA/CPRA, certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for targeted advertising purposes may constitute "sharing" of personal information.

We may share certain categories of personal information (such as internet activity data and inferences) with advertising and analytics partners for cross-context behavioural advertising purposes. You have the right to opt out of this sharing.

Retention of Personal Information

For visa application data, we typically retain records for a minimum of 5 years to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years. You may request deletion of your personal information subject to certain exceptions as described in the Your Rights section below.

Use of Sensitive Personal Information

We collect and use sensitive personal information โ€” including passport details, nationality, and government-issued identification numbers โ€” solely for the purpose of facilitating your visa application. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you or for any purpose beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the services you have requested.

Authorised Agent Requests

You may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. To do so, you must provide the authorised agent with written permission to act on your behalf and verify your own identity directly with us. We may deny a request from an authorised agent who does not submit proof that they have been authorised by you to act on your behalf.
